The Center for Disability Leadership supports and encourages people with disabilities to become leaders in their own lives and leaders in our communities. The Center carries out the mission by:

  • Providing resources for people with disabilities, family members, professionals, and others on current topics of interest;

  • Supporting people with disabilities to become leaders, from finding their individual voices to leading the charge for systems change;

  • Helping people with disabilities to influence local, state, and national policies and practices in order to open doors to full participation; and

  • Partnering with others to advocate with people with disabilities.
